2. Where is Ceramicar Wax located?
We operate from 3097 Piedmont Road in Atlanta, Georgia just a few days weekly. Our services are available by appointment only.

3. How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment through our website, by phone, or by contacting us via email.

4. How far in advance should I book?
Since we only offer 12 exclusive slots per week, we recommend booking at least one week in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

5. How long does the detailing process take?
The service typically takes 6-12 hours, depending on the package selected and the condition of the vehicle.

6. Do you offer mobile detailing services?
At this time, all services are performed at our detailing facility to ensure the highest quality results.

7. What’s the difference between ceramic wax and traditional wax?
Ceramic wax offers longer-lasting protection, superior hydrophobic properties, and enhanced durability compared to traditional wax, which typically lasts only a few weeks.

8. Does your service include interior detailing?
Only our Prestige Package includes interior detailing. Our Essence and Élégance Packages are focused solely on exterior perfection.

9. Do you offer engine bay cleaning?
Yes! Both our Élégance and Prestige Packages include a deep engine bay cleanse to restore a factory-fresh appearance.

10. Can ceramic wax remove scratches?
Ceramic wax does not remove scratches. However, our paint correction process can eliminate light to moderate surface imperfections before applying the ceramic protection.


Aftercare & Maintenance

11. How long does ceramic wax last?
Our ceramic wax lasts between 4-6 months, depending on driving conditions and maintenance.

12. How should I wash my car after ceramic waxing?
Use a pH-neutral car shampoo, avoid automatic car washes with abrasive brushes, and always hand-wash with a microfiber mitt.

13. Can I apply other waxes or sealants over ceramic wax?
It’s not necessary, as ceramic wax already provides superior protection. Additional wax may reduce the hydrophobic effect.

14. How do I maintain my vehicle’s shine after ceramic waxing?
Regular hand washes, ceramic-safe quick detailers, and avoiding harsh chemicals will keep your car looking pristine.

15. Will ceramic wax prevent water spots?
While ceramic wax is highly hydrophobic, hard water can still leave spots if not dried properly. Using a high-quality drying towel or air blower will help minimize this issue.

We do not offer refunds. However, if you are dissatisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours for a one-time correction service.

You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule without forfeiting your payment.
