Welcome to Joyride, Inc. dba Ceramicar Wax. By booking an appointment, using our website, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully, as they contain important information regarding your legal rights and responsibilities.

 


1. Service Overview

Joyride, Inc. dba Ceramicar Wax ("Ceramicar Wax," "we," "our," or "us") provides professional automotive detailing services, including ceramic waxing, paint correction, and related treatments. Services are available by appointment only and subject to availability.

 


2. Booking & Payment Policies

  • Appointments: All services are available by appointment only, and limited slots are released weekly.

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our cancellation policy.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in forfeiture of payment.


3. No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

  • Customers arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule, which will be considered a late cancellation and subject to forfeiture of payment.

  • No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.


4. Service Satisfaction Policy

We take pride in the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with your service, you must notify us within 24 hours of vehicle pick-up. We may offer a one-time correction service at our discretion, but no refunds will be issued once a service is completed.


5. Damage Waiver & Liability Release

By using our services, you agree to the following damage waiver and liability release:

5.1 Pre-Existing Damage & Condition Acknowledgment

  • We will conduct a visual inspection before service; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing scratches, swirl marks, dents, rock chips, or other defects.

  • Minor damages such as loose trim, previous poor paintwork, or weakened clear coats may become more noticeable or worsen during the detailing process. We are not responsible for any such occurrences.

5.2 Damage During Service

  • Our services involve meticulous hand-washing and hand-applied treatments, which significantly reduce the risk of damage. However, we are not liable for:

    • Paint imperfections that become more visible post-cleaning.

    • Pre-existing corrosion, oxidation, or prior bodywork flaws.

    • Loose parts, trims, emblems, or accessories that detach during service.

    • Electrical malfunctions caused by water exposure in non-sealed areas.

    • Windshield cracks, rock chips, or glass imperfections that worsen with temperature changes or water contact.

5.3 Personal Property

  • Customers must remove all personal belongings before service. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items left inside the vehicle.

5.4 Engine & Mechanical Disclaimer

  • If an engine bay cleaning is requested, we take all reasonable precautions to avoid damage. However, we are not responsible for mechanical issues, electrical malfunctions, or performance changes resulting from engine bay detailing.


6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Joyride, Inc. dba Ceramicar Wax, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • The use of our services.

  • Any damage, loss, or injury related to your vehicle during or after service.


7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
