At Joyride, Inc. dba Ceramicarwax, we take pride in providing exceptional detailing services and strive for customer satisfaction. Due to the specialized nature of our services, we enforce a strict no-refund policy, with limited exceptions outlined below.

  1. All Sales Are Final Once a detailing service has been completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Our detailing services are customized for each vehicle, making it impossible to undo or reverse the service.
  2. Deposit & Payment Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Payments are non-refundable unless Ceramicar Wax cancels the appointment.
  3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of payment. In the event that we must cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
  4. Service Satisfaction Policy If you are dissatisfied with your service, you must notify us within 24 hours of vehicle pick-up. We will inspect the issue and, at our sole discretion, offer a one-time correction service to address any concerns. No refunds will be issued if the correction service is accepted and performed. Refunds will not be granted for subjective reasons, such as personal preference, post-service wear, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines.
  5. No Refunds for Pre-Existing Conditions or Damage We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, paint imperfections, or previously applied coatings that affect the results of our services. Refunds will not be issued due to issues that arise from pre-existing defects, improper prior maintenance, or aging vehicle components.
  6. Exceptions for Service Errors Refunds or service reattempts may be considered only in the case of: A verified mistake in the service performed (e.g., incomplete application of ceramic coating). A failure to complete a booked service due to an internal Ceramicar Wax error. In such cases, we reserve the right to offer service correction first before considering any partial refund.
  7. Chargeback & Dispute Policy Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve an issue is considered a violation of this policy. Customers who file a dispute without giving us the opportunity to correct an issue may be permanently banned from booking future services.
